Sending voice notes does not work properly #179

Sorry if this isn't formatted perfectly—I'm new to contributing on GitHub.
Sending individual voice notes (audio messages) doesn't work correctly in OpenBubbles.
After I record a voice message and press the "STOP" button, nothing happens—no preview popup appears, and the message isn't sent or saved for confirmation.
For comparison, BlueBubbles shows a popup preview where you can listen back and confirm before sending. In OpenBubbles, the interface just sits there and does nothing after stopping the recording.
This bug has been present for quite some time (I've noticed it across multiple versions).
Windows 11 (latest updates)
MacBook running macOS Tahoe (though I don't believe the macOS version affects this, since the client is on Windows)
