Add tests for OTBM write/save - RME/TFS check

Describe the feature

We need to develop tests for OTBM saving for RME/TFS compatibility:

1. We provide OTBM saved from RME
2. load it with test program
3. test prints header and statistics like map dimensions, item count, zone count, flag count
4. test then saves the same file using IMGUI otbm parser
5. we compare if they are compatible

Also second test: adding, deleting, changing tiles, zones, houses (controlled amount), and comparing statistics before and after.
