Click on the link for item in adaptive card does not visually indicate that the link is clicked

hi,
We have an adaptive card where we have actions which get triggered on click of links for the users. While the action gets triggered the user is not shown any visual indication that the link was clicked. This makes the user to click again which leads to multiple requests. Below is an screenshot of the un-clicked state.
