Description
When a VC is switched/updated, Charon still continues to report the old VC as running. This hinders our statistics and the possibility to check if a user doesn't actually have 2 VCs running.
Has this worked before in a previous version?
Probably no.
🔬 Minimal Reproduction
On running Charon turn off its VC, change its version and start it again.
