Small multiple chartGap and margin.left not working

Currently using line-chart-with-ci-area-sm, but I'm sure I've had this issue with other SMs.

• Changing chartGap in the config doesn't seem to have any impact on the chart, whether dropYAxis is true or false.
• When dropYAxis = false, changing margin.left doesn't impact margin.left on charts where index > 0. chartGap still doesn't do anything as far as I can tell.

If someone investigates this, please can I join you for the ride?

• ChartGap issue is in the script. Still uses config.essential instead of just config. Fix with Line chart tick config options no longer includes first and last xticks #478.
• ChartGap only changes the horizontal space so should be able to increase chartGap instead of margin (which applies to entire plot area)
