Add job_details customization

Greetings all,
thanks for developing such an amazing and innovative tool for cell-type annotation.

I propose a customization of the `job_details` json file, following the one granted for `query.json`. I wanted to save my files in a separate directory than the current one and I would like to have both files in it instead of manually moving `job_details`.

What do you think?
