Describe the bug
When the resource world resets, /rw tp (/resource tp) stops working. Whenever a player types /rw tp after reset, it pops up in chat the resource world message that they will be teleported, but they never actually teleport. No errors pop up in the console either. I have found that /rw reload fixes this issue temporarily, but it will resume after the automatic reset.

I am seeing the same issue happening myself, and it is not just the /rw tp that is broken when this happens, it is TPs of all sorts including /rtp and /mvtp

Can confirm this is still happening on Paper 1.21.11, ResourceWorld 2.1.3.

Unlike what's mentioned above, I did find an error in the console — it just doesn't show up as an obvious teleport-related exception, so it's easy to miss. Every time the reset runs, this gets thrown:

Looks like the plugin dispatches a raw /title command with a manually-built JSON string, and the quoting breaks Brigadier's parser (CustomWorld.java:198). This exception interrupts the reset callback before it finishes, which would explain why every teleport method into the world breaks afterward (/rw tp, /rtp, /mvtp, all reported above) — something in the reset state likely never gets cleared because the callback throws before completing.

Found a config workaround that fully fixes it: the default reset commands in the config are:

- title @p title {\"text\":\"The Resource World\",\"color\":\"green\"}
- title @p subtitle {\"text\":\"Has been Reset!\",\"color\":\"green\"}

The " escaped quotes get passed to the command literally, which is what breaks Brigadier's parser. Removing the backslashes so the quotes are unescaped fixes it completely:

- title @p title {"text":"The Resource World","color":"green"}
- title @p subtitle {"text":"Has been Reset!","color":"green"}

Reload the plugin (or restart the server) after saving — resets no longer throw the exception, and teleporting into the world works immediately after.

Given this has been open almost a year and reproduces consistently across server versions (Purpur 1.21.8, Paper 1.21.11), might be worth shipping this fix in the default config, since anyone who hasn't customized the reset commands is affected. Longer-term, swapping the Bukkit.dispatchCommand(...) title broadcast for Adventure's Player#showTitle() API would avoid this whole class of quoting issue entirely.
