No, pump connects to the motherboard, fans connect to the Corsair Commander Duo. Which PSU do you have? |

Pinout for the FSP500 is here: #43 (comment) This layout, is from the perspective of looking into the end of the plugs, all you need from the 10 pin is 12v, Ground and PS_ON to be connected to the power button. If you look at the pins on your power button, there there is 12v for the LED, Ground for the LED, and then the switch itself is C/NO/NC so C goes to Ground, and NO goes to PS_ON. You will also need a Sata power cable to connect the Corsair Commander, that also needs to wired in, you just need 12v and ground for that one |

I think I have got all the orientation right for the cooler tubes etc, more just the asking for help with the wiring for the powerbutton and the mini pcie power connectors.
Do all the fans and the aio pump run through the one singular header?
