Its the height mainly, cant be any higher than 48mm from cold plate to the top of the pump, many others will fit in my mount, most that use a proper 4 bolt LGA1700 mounting arrangement will fit, no more than 74.5mm diameter pump/block, but its the height that is the biggest issue, I haven't seen any others as low profile as the Thermalright.

Now if your going to use the FSP500-30AS PSU, then you might be okay, but I need to confirm this when I do my next build, but the the below image is based on the Metalfish 550M and similar Flex-ATX, and the Server PSU are even worse and sit right over the top:
