Harmony Agentic Storytelling Litepaper

March 2026

Harmony is a live experiment in a new campaign format: agentic storytelling. Instead of running a static content calendar and reacting late, we are testing whether autonomous agents can help a narrative system adapt in real time while remaining human-governed and participant-centered.

This document is intentionally published before the full campaign arc is visible. It explains what we are testing, how trust is built, and how results will be evaluated — without spoiling future phase mechanics.

Harmony is an experiment. If it works, participants experience a story world that responds meaningfully to real behavior and recognizes contribution quality with more clarity. If parts fail, those failures still produce useful boundaries for the next generation of autonomous narrative systems. Either way, the result is evidence.
