We want to start dogfooding OpenShell development on OpenShell itself.
As part of this ticket we should make any core changes required to support developing OpenShell inside a OpenShell sandbox.
We can also add helper scripts and guidance to CONTRIBUTING.md as necessary. Eg, as a OpenShell developer I should be able to get a development environment quickly up and running with a simple scripts/devsandbox command.
