Fix Vale spelling check errors for sandbox_agent

- Add technical terms to Vale accept.txt: Daytona, httpx, matplotlib,
  openpyxl, pyyaml, reportlab, sandbox variants, seaborn
- Fix NumPy capitalization in README.md
