The "Adivsory Board" link in the "About" in the footer is 404

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to https://nmrxiv.org/
2. Scroll down to the footer and see the About column (see screenshot)
3. Click the "Advisory Board" link
4. See the 404 error

Expected behavior
Should link to a page with a list of AB members.
