Suggestion for a *new* sort adding #110

Hi I got in touch with you a while back, I was the person to suggest adding a new sorting algorithm a few years back called zipsot.
In fact you made me a visualization of this (see below). Thanks for that.

I have actually been pretty busy at work, but I recently came across another sorting algorithm but this time based on insertion sort. I really think it would be wise of you to add it to ArrayV as it is about 2/5 faster than regular insertion sort!!!
I can point you to the source code for this if you would be interested in adding this to the sorts in ArrayV?
