IDEA: Add way to see what countries have 0 cases/deaths (like 0 cases for that day because ik almost every country has at least one case)

What if you could see all the places with 0 cases/deaths. I know that at least almost every country has one case. So like countries that has 0 cases for that day or 0 deaths or 0 bad cases of covid... it could be used like this: $ coronapy countries --zero or $ coronapy countries -z
