feat: Windows with list of all possible patches

Feature description

Before choosing a apk file I would like to see possible patches for this package. No need to download file to see no interesting patches for me.

Motivation

Better UX, no wasting time, simpler decision making.

• I have checked all open and closed feature requests and this is not a duplicate.

• The feature request is only related to Morphe (Manager).

You can't filter/sort by package there tho. I agree it would be nice to see a list of possible patches before providing the apk.
