bug: Options for YTM written out of date eventhough I already regenerated it

Bug description

I patched YTM stable 8.44.54 with new generated options.json

java -jar "morphe-cli-1.5.0-dev.11-all.jar" options-create --patches="patches-1.17.0.mpp" --out="youtube-music-options-stable.json" --filter-package-name="com.google.android.apps.youtube.music"

But, still CLI written it as outdated. Also, CLI does not specify which patches have been updated.
