使用plan模式写计划，根本不等我看计划，kimi code会自动关闭plan模式，大模型认为我同意了计划，直接执行。这种模式绝对是设计bug。

What steps can reproduce the bug?

1. 切换plan模式
2. 让ai写计划
3. 写完计划，会自动执行，而不是等我审
