[Plugin] aesthetic bug - Moonfin and Moonbase names for server plugin

What happened

On the Jellyfin dashboard, when you install the Plugin the Jellyfin notification shows 'Moonbase installed'

But when you uninstall the Plugin the Jellyfin notification shows 'Moonfin uninstalled"

Steps to reproduce

install plugin - note name shown in the jellyfin notification area
uninstall plugin and note name shown in the jellyfin notification area
