Compatibility issue: MAIZE not working with REINVENT on Windows CPU

Hi team,

I’m currently working on drug discovery projects using REINVENT on a Windows machine (CPU-only) setup. The REINVENT installation was successful and it's running well on my system.

However, I tried to install MAIZE — the workflow manager also developed by MolecularAI for molecular simulations and drug discovery — but I faced compatibility issues during installation. It failed to work in my environment. My system includes the following ; Windows 11 Enterprise (64-bit), Conda environment, Python 3.9, CPU-only (no GPU).

Is MAIZE compatible with Windows and CPU-only machines?

If not, are there workarounds or Docker-based alternatives?

Any plans to support Windows in future for MAIZE?

I would greatly appreciate any help or guidance.

it is unclear from your post what the actual problem was i.e. log of error messages. Without that it will not be possible to give you an answer.
