Similar to #1047. I've seen at least one case in the wild of someone mistakenly applying the renamer plugin and configuring it on the jar task on a version that has runtime MojMap, causing a broken production jar.
It would be good if this was detected and a problems report warning issued to help devs troubleshoot/identify their mistake.
