[P0][UX] Add a Real 404 / Recovery Experience for Unknown Routes

Problem

Unknown paths do not provide a consistent recovery experience in the active app flow.

Why This Is Necessary

Users hitting bad links or stale bookmarks should never be left in unclear states.

Scope

• Add a wildcard route fallback in the active router
• Provide clear recovery actions (Go Home, Go Back)

Acceptance Criteria

• Any unknown URL shows a branded 404 page
• 404 page includes at least one clear recovery action
• User can return to a valid page in one click
