Copy options have greyed out options #4515
Description
When choosing a period among the copy options, many are greyed out on the questions which have been started years ago (like the fed rate for instance)
Imo, the best would be to choose one way or the other: either we should only see the open options or we should be able to copy components from closed/resolved questions. I would personally prefer the latter as it gives more possibilities.
