Color Scheme Update

We need someone to change the color scheme of the XP leaderboard to match the rest of MetaGame.

• Current leaderboard
• Design guide with the color scheme

While at it, change "cred" to "XP" & the remaining "grain" to "Seed"

Well, the color scheme has changed. Though, now it doesn't quite match https://metagame.wtf/
The "grain" is no longer there. But "Cred" is still used instead of "xp".
