Review links with limited automated responses #5

Description

@MertGedik35

Background

The initial automated link validation found several official URLs that were reachable but returned restricted or redirect-oriented responses to automated checks.

These are not currently confirmed as broken links, but they should be reviewed manually in a normal browser.

URLs to review

  • MySQL documentation — automated response: 403
  • ReportLab documentation — automated response: 403
  • NiceGUI documentation — automated response: 405
  • StatsForecast documentation — official 307 redirect

Review tasks

For each project:

  1. Open the current link in a regular browser.
  2. Confirm that it leads to the official documentation.
  3. Check whether a more stable canonical documentation URL exists.
  4. Confirm that the README uses the preferred URL.
  5. Propose a change only when it improves reliability or canonical accuracy.

Do not replace official links with unofficial mirrors merely because an automated checker receives a restricted response.
