Closed chat on front page setting

Someone wanted an option to have the chat always closed on the front page, not sure if more people want it but it could be easily done by just adding an option to the profile page and saving it in local storage.

Is this not solved by just closing chat once? I use pop out chat only and haven't had the site chat show back up since we pushed the fix that let me close it.

They don't want chat on the front page but want chat on a stream page, so now they have to close it on the front page and re-open it on a stream page
