(capture) Internal "Review the conversation above" prompts stored as user chunks — memory DB noise

Bug Description

Internal system prompts injected by Hermes Agent — specifically the "Review the conversation above, consider saving..." type prompts — are being stored as role: "user" chunks in the MemTensor memory database, causing noise pollution in long-term memory.

These prompts are instruction strings from the agent framework to itself, not user messages.

Root Cause

Location: apps/memos-local-openclaw/src/capture/index.ts

The captureMessages() function has a SKIP_ROLES filter (skips role: "system") and a BOOT_CHECK_RE pattern filter, but no content filter for "Review the conversation above..." prompts which arrive with role: "user".

Evidence

Proposed Fix

Add REVIEW_CONVERSATION_RE and a skip check in captureMessages(), following the same pattern as BOOT_CHECK_RE:

Summary: Fixed #1518 by adding a REVIEW_CONVERSATION_RE filter to captureMessages() in apps/memos-local-openclaw/src/capture/index.ts that drops Hermes-style "Review the conversation above..." self-instruction prompts arriving with role="user", mirroring the existing BOOT_CHECK_RE pattern. Added 3 unit tests in tests/capture.test.ts covering the typical injection, case/whitespace variants, and the negative case (assistant-authored text starting with the same phrase is preserved). All 14 capture tests pass and tsc --noEmit is clean. Branch pushed; no gh CLI available in this environment, so scheduler should open the PR.

Solution Implemented

Modified SystemParser.parse_fast() to immediately return an empty list for system messages that don't contain tool schemas. This prevents system prompts and internal review messages from being stored as memory chunks while preserving correct tool schema handling.

Changes Made

1. Added early return logic (lines 116-122): Detects non-tool-schema system messages and returns empty list
2. Removed problematic storage code (deleted 42 lines): Eliminated code that was creating LongTermMemory chunks for system messages
3. Updated documentation: Added clear docstring explaining the new behavior
