With Bower being in a maintenance only state, it would be helpful to publish this as a dependency to npm.

While this hasn't been published to NPM, the author did add a package.json to master branch (default branch for the repo is gh-pages for some reason) so you can npm install via inclusion of the following in your package.json file:
"leaflet.singleclick": "git+https://github.com/MazeMap/Leaflet.singleclick.git#master"
