convert_USGS_NGP.R #40
Description
Jon got a start on writing a convert script for USGS NGP point data. It's on the master branch in:
local_TODO/convert_USGS_NGP.R
This should be fleshed out to use the national dataset and fully documented, etc, etc.
We should also convert this to a SpatialPointsDataFrame.
In the documentation we need to make it clear that this is a points dataset, unlike the polygon datasets the other convert scripts work with.
