Roadmap

This roadmap keeps the repository moving from foundation to public launch.

Phase 1: Repository Foundation

Status: complete locally.

  • GitHub-ready documentation.
  • CI quality gate.
  • Security and contribution policies.
  • Audit templates.
  • Lightweight website audit CLI.
  • Launch, performance, SEO, accessibility, conversion, and operations playbooks.

Phase 2: GitHub Publication

Status: waiting on owner inputs.

  • Create GitHub repository.
  • Add remote origin.
  • Push main.
  • Configure branch protection.
  • Enable secret scanning and Dependabot.
  • Add CODEOWNERS after maintainer handles are known.
  • Replace placeholder GitHub security contact link.

Phase 3: Project Identity

Status: pending.

  • Finalize positioning.
  • Add logo and brand assets.
  • Decide whether this repo hosts a website, audit toolkit, product, or monorepo.
  • Add project-specific screenshots and examples.
  • Replace placeholder production domain examples.

Phase 4: Website or Product Build

Status: pending.

  • Create apps/web or product-specific app.
  • Add framework-specific tests and linting.
  • Add deployment preview workflow.
  • Add performance budgets to CI.
  • Add accessibility checks to CI.
  • Add SEO validation.

Initial Lighthouse CI and CodeQL workflows are already present. Future app work should tighten thresholds and expand analysis coverage.

Phase 5: Public Launch

Status: pending.

  • Complete launch readiness checklist.
  • Run production website audit.
  • Verify monitoring and rollback.
  • Publish release notes.
  • Review analytics, privacy, and conversion tracking.
