OIDC support for ABS and potientially Jellyfin and Seer

Problem description

Afinity looks beautiful. I currently use open id connect for audiobookshelf. Having oidc support would be great. Seer also has oidc working in a branch and should be put in the main branch soon.

No other jellyfin and jellyseer app supports OIDC right now, so Afinity would be the clear choice for servers that use it.

Proposed solution

Support openid connect for identity providers like Authelia, Authentik, and PocketID
