Going Into A WG Region keeps PVP disabled when you leave if you had it on when u entered
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Turn PVP on
- Go into a world guard region with PVP disabled (or another flag that will force PVP off)
- Leave region and PVP will still be off and have to be reenabled manually
Expected behavior
The state of PVP should be the same as how the player entered the region
