In developer settings Vanadium WebView was not marked as selected.
After selecting Vanadium WebView in developer settings resulted in crashing as Vanadium WebView is not actually installed.
I manually downloaded (from here) and installed TrichromeWebView.apk without a problem.
I also tried to install TrichromeLibrary.apk which resulted in "App not installed as package conflicts with an existing package."
Finally Vanadium WebView is functional. Seems like TrichromeLibrary.apk is not needed.
This is a serious problem in the sense that whomever does not confirm the installation will think that they have successfully changed the WebView. I actually did thought that.
Device info: A15/CrDroid 11.2 w/ KernelSU - no other module.
