I try to run your application and first of all I have issues with migration.
At first run, with an empty database, when I try to login (ok, I suppose that is no user yet in DB), I got:
There is already an object named '__MigrationHistory' in the database.

I observed that no tables where created at initial migration except the MigrationHistory mentioned above
