BigQuery IAM permission not synced — MIMIC-IV v3.1 access granted on website but denied in GCP

Describe the bug
My MIMIC-IV v3.1 BigQuery access was granted on the PhysioNet website (green banner: "previously awarded to lulu19880719@gmail.com"). However, querying the BigQuery datasets returns "Access Denied."
To Reproduce
Query: SELECT * FROM physionet-data.mimiciv_3_0_hosp.patients LIMIT 5;
Error: Access Denied: User does not have permission to query table...
Verified conditions
GCP project: mimic-research-sepsis (active billing account)
CITI training: completed
DUA: signed
Cloud email linked in PhysioNet settings: lulu19880719@gmail.com
IAM console checked: NO physionet-data permissions visible
Expected behavior
Query should return patient data.
Request
Please manually sync IAM permission for lulu19880719@gmail.com to physionet-data project.

access is per-project/version — your query hits mimiciv_3_0_hosp while the grant is for v3.1. try physionet-data.mimiciv_hosp (or the 3_1 dataset name from the physionet page) with the google account that got the green banner. if that still denies, email physionet support; iam sync isn't handled in this repo.
