Hi everyone!

My name is Charity, and I'm studying Computer Science and Biology! I've currently been getting into Protein-Protein interactions, protein-RNA docking and RNA-ligand docking, as well as creating workshop material on Molecular Dynamics for my biomedical engineering design team at the University of British Columbia! I really enjoy teaching and I've made over 7 tutorial workshops for these topics.

I've been a lurker in a lot of open source projects like Selenium, AgGrid and Plotly Dash, and this year have slowly extended my online presence to responding to community forums and StackOverflow questions on these other questions. This is my first time diving into an open-source bioinformatics package as a developer and I am excited to see how I can learn, grow and contribute. I'm also currently submitting a proposal for GSoC Dashboard for tracking WESTPA simulation progress.
