Potion particle bending not working

Describe the bug
Potion bending not working when enabled with others players, it just show a blue one instead of the bending.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Activate the [1.20.6] Restore Particle Bending
2. Look at others players with potion effects.

Expected behavior
To see the correct potion particles.

Don't worry about the other player being tiny, it works too with someone with normal height.
