Some inconsistency with feast container between oven recipes and loot table

I noticed several inconsistency between feast recipe and loot tables. These consumes no container in their recipes but gives back a bowl in loot tables.

1. Haggis -> should consume tray and return tray
2. Beef Wellington -> should consume tray and return tray
3. Rack Lamb (Crown Roast) -> should consume tray and return tray
4. Cheesymite scroll (in Fermentation) -> should consume square pan and return square pan
5. Roast Chicken (Farmer's Delight) -> should consume tray and return tray
6. Honey Glazed Ham (Farmer's Delight) -> should consume tray and return tray
7. Shepherd's Pie (Farmer's Delight) -> should consume suqare pan and return square pan
8. BBQ rib -> should consume tray and return tray
9. Mint Lamb -> should consume tray and return tray
10. Sticky Toffee -> should consume suqare pan and return square pan
11. Meat Loaf -> should add an empty bowl in the oven recipe
12. Pot Roast -> should consume suqare pan and return square pan
13. Hash -> should consume skillet and return skillet
