debian packaging: libladybug0-dev #266
Description
Bugscope debian packages fail with liblbug.so not found on startup.
Like libsqlite3-dev, we need debian packaging for ladbyug (libladybug0-dev?) that could address this problem. For now, people will need to download release binaries from github.
