Split the main repo?

The ladybug repo has a number of things:

• Core library: liblbug.a
• Extensions
• Tests
• Third party code
• Shell
• Benchmarks
• Language bindings
• Datasets

That's a lot!

After working on some language bindings like Julia, I realized that scripts/download-lbug.sh is a remarkably effective interface.

So why not keep tests + sources necessary to provide the artifacts to download-lbug.sh in one repo and split the rest to smaller repos while preserving history?
