Multiple file versions lead to potential inconsistencies

• The doc requirements are included in the main requirements
• There is a subfolder with an environment.yaml that also has different requirements

Also, what if the codemeta file has a pointer to a "requirements file" like pyproject.toml? It would then be extracted as such. This is not incorrect, but it would make figuring out the result a little harder.
