Assign a CURIE for each transform module #23
Description
As we work to modularize individual data transforms (see https://github.com/monarch-initiative/cookiecutter-monarch-ingest and https://github.com/Knowledge-Graph-Hub/microbe-traits-ingest) we would like to have a consistent way to refer to a transform module.
This may be a PURL, as its main function would be to refer to a module with an associated repository URL which may change.
But we'd also like to encourage ease of use, so a prefix+identifier CURIE may work as well.
