customize theme

I tried to use server.enable_module based on post #311 to apply custom themes, but trame stuck on loading screen. Has it changed in v3? Any better way to apply custom themes?

I gave up on VDivLayout and just used VAppLayout, which enables custom theme via vuetify_config.

That is indeed the way to go, unless you just meant to load custom css.
