Feel like could add 5.18.6 and pin it to nosebleed on supported models. Not sure on the best structure for this.

I updated mine (PW5) from 5.18.2 using https://s3.amazonaws.com/firmwaredownloads/update_kindle_all_new_paperwhite_11th_5.18.6.bin

No, we cannot downgrade a kindle that was not jailbroken. General instructions are: avoid getting your kindle updated if you are on a version that is currently not supported.

I was on 5.18.2 and was waiting for a new jailbreak to be released (I'm from Brazil and adbreak needed a new account, which needs a credit card and address and I just gave up on it). Nosebleed came earlier this month, and it works on 5.18.6, so I needed to update it to a specific version without letting amazon update it to 5.19
