Scaling doesn't work correctly for High-DPI displays

Hi,

Thanks for this amazing theme, makes logging in much more fun and interesting ❤️

It seems like the fixed font size in the conf makes scaling not work correctly on high-DPI displays. I have a 4K OLED screen, and the purple_leaves background looks perfect, while the cyberpunk.conf or black_holes.conf theme looks tiny. If I remove the fixed FontSize="12" and replace it with FontSize="" in any of the themes with scaling issues, they seem to load fine on my display.

I fixed the scaling issues. Now all resolutions look almost identical. The problem wasn't just the size of the text or the layout, but also the way the blur was calculated (it was stronger at lower resolutions).
On the left are the old versions, on the right are the new ones. From top to bottom: 720p, 1080p, 1440p, 4K.

I need to clean up my code, and I'll push it soon.
