#20 — Seed ≥10 good-first-issues + Tutorial 01 tested

Create ≥10 good first issue tickets for the bootcamp cohort. Test Tutorial 01 on a fresh clone by a different team member and add a Troubleshooting section.

Acceptance criteria:

• ≥10 issues created (≥2 per area: simulator, dtn, comms, storage)
• Each has description, acceptance criteria, and a pointer to the relevant file
• Tutorial 01 tested cold; any broken steps fixed
• Troubleshooting section added
