Can I build aapt on android (termux)?

Termux provides its own aapt on its package manager. I have tested your aapt in termux the latest one worked perfectly even in proot. Termux's aapt doesnt work with apktool. However yours does. So I wanted to build it from patched source on termux. perhaps in a distro (qemu , proot). And if so then how?
