Add a new example for Multi-Spin and add Multi-Spin fitting functions

Back in version 1.1 the example for multi-spin was removed as it was not working.

Now the multi-spin example should be reinstated and the functions used the 2022 multi-spin paper should become core deerlab function, including the fitting functions.
