Lost initial MENU, the one that allows changes , such as toys, color, etc...

When I set the very 1st setting for color, toys, etc, it disappears after I exit out and cannot find it to make changes later .
I've checked every setting I can find, uninstalled/reinstalled 2 times, had other people check it out too...and nothing .
I can't find any updates, any help here please?

I think this is device dependent, could you let me know what model of phone/tablet you are using?

Screen shots if possible would also be very helpful.

My thoughts:

• The menu (three horizontal bars) does go partially transparent: it may be hard to see.

• The menu can be moved by dragging: it may have gone off screen.

• Maybe the position gets set weirdly (off screen) when closing.

• It snaps to the side of the screen automatically when you open it: it may be a bug causing it to go off screen there too.

Will take a look tomorrow.
