Validate full-vision backends on Apple silicon

Goal

Establish a reproducible compatibility result for SAM and Light HQ-SAM on Apple silicon.

Scope

• Install the optional full-vision environment using the documented macOS path.
• Run the same licensed or synthetic scans through OpenCV, SAM and Light HQ-SAM.
• Record macOS, chip, FreeCAD and Python versions.
• Report runtime, memory use, detected topology and any dependency failures.

Acceptance criteria

• Reproduction steps are documented.
• At least three representative scans are tested.
• OpenCV and full-vision results are compared.
• Documentation is updated with the verified status.

No private scans or unlicensed model files should be committed.
